Allow 3 working days before collecting your prescription.
Repeat prescriptions can be requested at a maximum of 7 days in advance. Any requests that are over this time period will not be processed.
You can use this service if you:
- are registered at the surgery

We’ll ask you for:
- your first and last name, date of birth, sex, postcode, email and phone number
- if applicable, the details of the person you are completing the form on behalf of
