Due to the clinical systems being merged on the 16th April 2018 all requests for electronic repeat prescriptions have been disabled until the morning of the 17th April 2018 to allow the merger to take place.
If you are taking long-term medication it is important you request your repeat medication before you run out. We require at least three working days’ notice to prepare your prescription.
How to order your Repeat Prescriptions
We accept prescription requests in the following formats
- SYSTMONLINE Please note: You will need to complete an application form at reception and provide 1 photo I.D and 1 proof of address to register for this service.
- IN SURGERY- using your re-order form or a clearly written request
- EMAIL - firstname.lastname@example.org
- BY POST- please note we are unable to post signed prescriptions back to you so you will need to make alternative collection arrangements.
Some chemists operate a collection and delivery service on request, please ring your local pharmacy to arrange this service.
You may notice that the name of your medicines may change or will have changed. This is because we use generic names. If you are worried about the change in name or appearance of your medicines, check with the pharmacist or doctor who will be able to explain why they are different. For example, Paracetamol is the generic name for Panadol.
